【一线播报】5月23日更新：“昨天的路上还有一件非常感人的事情......”

昨天我们收到张雯的电话，现已将通话整理并翻译如下（张雯是美国儿童希望派驻的主任，也许她要通过信件和电话向美国儿童希望基金汇报工作，所以经常用英文。－－千千寻注）：
We got a phone call from Melody yesterday, and here is the outline.
截止到昨天晚上10点多的时候，一路上还是很顺利的。更晚一些时候，路上开始起雾，能见度大概之后3，4米。当时正走在盘山路上，一旁就是深不见底悬崖，还是让人很紧张的。昨天的路上从一座海拔4314米的梦笔山翻过，这条路是当年红军长征的时候走过的路。凌晨2点多的时候，司机实在是太累了，我们决定休息一下，于是在阿坝州的一家招待所过夜。今天早上继续启程。昨天提到的的路程，现在可能会有些变化，我们决定放弃那条安全但比较远的道路，改走一条可以塌方较多，但可以节省200公里的道路。据汶川福利院的院长说，我们是第一批深入寻找福利院救援的队伍。
昨天的路上还有一件非常感人的事情。但是在小金县境内，晚上1.2点钟的时候，我们在路上碰到一些藏民，他们为路过的救援人员和灾民免费提供饭菜。据了解，他们就住在山上，每天早上下来，在路边架锅做饭，免费为路过的人提供，知道深夜才能回家。我们临走的时候他们还给我们塞了很多干粮，让我们路上吃，告诉我们如果吃不了就带给前方重灾区的灾民。
前期，我们的救援和物资派发工作主要在绵阳地区展开，包括重灾区北川。目前在北川协助我们进行物资管理的是一位来自北医三院的志愿者毛远。赵小念参加了一个由卫生部派下来的心理辅导小队，目前主要参与在绵阳等地安置点的儿童们的心理疏导工作。20日赶过来的申嘉颖也将与赵小念会合。陈慧目前在四川负责管理物资的接受和派发工作。
目前我们已经开始通过各种渠道，在中国志愿者的协助下，将救助工作逐步扩大范围。前天开始，我们已经先后派遣人员前往青川，广源，什邡，物资也随着我们的志愿者和工作人员前往了更多的地区。
我自己的工作重点就是福利院的孤儿和地震孤儿。目前地震致孤的儿童数量还无法统计出来。我们目前与福利院的接触，一方面能够帮助福利院的孩子们，另一方面也能由此建立起与其他地震致孤儿童的联系。
随着地震救灾工作的展开，下一步我们的工作将主要集中于震后儿童的安置、安抚等工作。这些工作主要由政府来完成，我们要做的是辅助他们的工作，将工作做得更细致和专业。这个过程是非常需要专业知识和技巧的，所以现在我们负责心理辅导的工作人员的到来，将主要摸清灾后孩子们的心理状态以及需要的辅导技巧和方法。然后制定出一套培训方案，这样就能够培训更多的志愿者，让广大志愿者在更多的参与灾后的心理安抚和疏导工作。
我还将联系香港的资源，因为香港有比较健全和完备的重灾干预（PTIC）的相关文案和教材。我们争取引进一些进来。
目前爱心妈妈主要做的工作是防疫工作。目前我们已经和红十字会会合作，把防疫知识海报设计出来了，只等民政部确认之后，就可以印刷发放了。
现阶段，随着救灾工作的逐步展开，社会各界捐赠物资的到位，以及政府加大力度的物资支持，目前根据我们的了解，前方物资匮乏的状况已经的到了有效的缓解。而且从目前的我们的募捐状况中可以发现，我们募集实物的能力比较强，有很多我们在一线了解到的物资需求，可能第二天就能通过各种渠道达成。我们现在收到的现金捐助，会在我们发现灾区的孩子们存在物资需求，且需求急迫或无法快速通过实物募集得以改善的时候使用。
我现在有个想法，将我们募集到的善款的主要部分建立一个基金。我姑且叫它“成长基金”。这个基金将为“受地震影响的孩子们”提供专业专项的服务。可以包括心理辅导、助学、必要的医疗救助、以及略大的孩子们的技能培训及就业服务等。
总之我的想法就是，当灾难和救灾工作慢慢淡出人们每天的视野之后，我希望还能有一个基金，有一群专业的人员，能够伴随着洗孩子们成长，直到他们长大。要成立这样一个“成长基金”需要的资金很是很多的，还需要大家共同的努力。
Everything was fine before 10:00pm last night, it was getting foggy later, and the visibility was only 3 or 4 meters. We were driving on the road of the mountain, and the abysmal ravine on the other side of the road made us really nervous. The Mengbi Mountain we drove over was about 4314m; it was the same route with our Red Amy during the Long March 70 years ago. The driver got so tired about 2:00am, so we decided to have a rest. We slept in a little inn at A Bazhou over night, and continued our trip in the morning. The planning I mentioned last night of how to get to Wenchuan might be changed, we decided to take the more collapse stones way instead of the farther and safer way, it will save us 200km driving time. The Wenchuan SWI’s director said, we are the first batch of people especially helping the orphanage.
We were moved by a scene on our way yesterday, that was 12:00 of midnight in a little county name Xiao Jin, there were several Tibetans along the road, offering the succors and victim free food. They said they lived in the mountain, and came down every morning to the roadside, making some simple cookers and cook for the people passing by, they won’t go back home until midnight. They gave us some food before we left, telling us to eat on the way and share with the victims if we see any.
As a beginning, our rescue and martial dispense operation is mainly around Mianyang area, including the most damaged city Beichuan. There is a volunteer Mao Yuan from Beijing Medical University 3rd Hospital associating us about the martial dispensing, our nurse Zhao Xiao Nian is with a psychologist team at Mianyang, helping the children in the psychoanalytic method. Our staff Shen Jia Yng who got here on 20th is on the way joining Xiao Nian. Another staff Chen Hui is mainly handling the martial receiving and dispensing.
Now we are expanding our rescuing area with the help of many volunteers in a lot of ways. We are sending people to Qingchuan, Guangyuan, Shifang since the day before yesterday, and the donations is going with them to more victims in more areas.
The main job for me is helping the orphanage in the SWI and the children who became children because of the earthquake. As for the children who became orphans after the quake, it’s hard to calculate how many and the government is very protecting them, so we can’t touch those children closely. So we are contacting the orphanages, we can help the original orphans in the orphanage through this way, and also can build a relationship with the SWI to help the new orphans as soon as possible.
As the expanding of the quake rescue, our next step is placing and caring the children, the government is taking the main part of that while we ate assisting to make it more detailed and professional, and this requests a lot of professional knowledge and skills, so we are asking some psychologists come here doing the research, finding the best way to help the children, and making training lessons. We want to use the lessons to train more volunteers, so there will be more people join into the consultation.
I am going to contact Hong Kong because they have a lot of mature materials and lessons for interventions after huge disaster; we are trying to learn some of that.
Now the many point for the volunteers is epidemic prevention. Now we are cooperating with the Red Cross design the poster, it can be printed and issued to the public after the government confirmation.
A lot of charity organizations and NGO collected many donations, both cash and materials. And for us, we realize we are good at raising materials, many necessary things reported form the front line can be met soon from different ways. The money we raised should be used for the greatest need of children.
I have a proposal now, I want to build a foundation with the money we have now, we call it Growing Fund for now, and this fund will especially help the children effected by the earthquake including the psychoanalytic consultation, education assisting, necessary medical treat, and skill training for the older kids, and help them to get job.
My proposal in all, as the time goes by, people may change their focus out of situation of a disaster, I wish there will still be a fund, a batch of professors helping and caring the children until they grow up. A lot of money is requested to set up a foundation like this.
