NOTICE 开设新课通知！
NOTICE
In compliance with a request of the students of the graduating class , the
Department will offer a special 4th-year writing course as a general requirement
beginning this semester.
The aim of this course is threefold: to acquaint students with the various forms
of writing and the rhetorical devices, to improve their writing ability through
practice,and to teach them the rudiments of journalistic writing.
It will be a two-hour course, and written assignments shall be completed within
prescribed time limits to be announced by the instructor from time to time.
Under the persent curriculum ,it will not be possible to offer the course in the
usual way. Classroom insttruction will have to be counducted in a larger
classroom,probably the Lecture Hall, with two or three classes combined.
Students concerned should take note of the above and watch for further notices
in connection therewith.
