Suggestion
The girl on the reception in our company is tallest in our company .But she often the high-end shoes .While she walks to and fro , her shoe-end strike the wooden ground and sound "deng deng " clearly . It disturbs others .
Yesterday I sent her a email . In the letter ,I told her that she is taller than other , even men in the company . It is not suitable to her to wear high-end shoes . And we will appreciate if her shoes do not make sounds any more .
Today I notice she wear a flat-end shoes and it is quiet while she walk round .She tell me that she have received my letter and she is glad to accept my advice .I send a email to her again today and encourage her that wearing flat-end shoes good for her health .
