回龙观英语爱好者QQ群聊天日记：English Journals for HLG QQ Group Online Chatting
Date: August 1, 2007; Time: 7:00-9:00pm
The first online chatting for HLG English QQ group officially started as of August 1. Traveling is the topic because everybody has something to say about it.
There were quite a few active participants sharing their travel stories. Many have traveled widely in China and have even been abroad before. We talked about the ancient city Xi’an and its nearby Hua Shan Mountain. Due to the short distance from Beijing, the coastal cities of Shan Dong Province (Qing Dao, Yan Tai, Wei Hai, etc.) are also people's favorite destinations.
One member mentioned Zhu Hai, a clean and nice city in Canton. Another member recommended Huang Shan Mountain for its oddly-shaped rocks, famous pine trees, and sea clouds.
We agreed that next time we would start the chatting from 8:30-9:30pm, so more people can join us. The suggested topic for next time is: Your dream life. The exact time is to be announced at the QQ group by one of the administrators. Everyone living in HLG is welcome!
