I don't think Chingish is something we should worry too much.
As we all know, Indian English has been widely accepted as a branch of English. Why should we worry too much about Chinglish then? Professors in Beijing University are not necessarily good speakers of English. They might be good at linguistic and literature. What's the point of laughing at their spoken English or why should we get so "shocked" when hearing their English?
