Peace be upon you, with Love, to all my friends in Hui Long Guan
What is filling most of your mind and heart in this season of another year?
No more, no less, one year, exactly.
How "fast" the Earth turns around the Sun. We seemed to have ignored this astronomical and chronological fact ages ago, thinking that it's irrelevant to us, and to our daily lives. As far as it's still "one year" (as we commonly define it), that would be fine.
Something remains, something's changed, and changed for ever. Sometimes we remember, sometimes we simply forget it, and it is hidden in our subconscious for an unknown length of time unless it is perhaps triggered again one day for some reason. We all know that. It's too obvious, too obvious that we wouldn't bother to think about it, in case our mind have some quiet time to even think about it.
Now what are you thinking about, at this gate of the Season that farewells the end of a year and welcomes another year? Something pleasant that you wish you have one more moment to linger on, or something unpleasant that you're trying so hard to get rid of?
Whatever that is, and in spite of what that is, I do wish you one thing, my friend:

It is infinitely tiny, small, and faint to grasp;
and yet infinitely large, great, and strong to handle.
It is timeless.
If you have it, taste it, feel it, then its magnitude is no longer relevant to you.
It is yours. It becomes part of you. You desolve in it.
So once again, I dearly wish you:
