Qualifications:
1. Good standard of spoken and written English;
2. Good team player and communication skill, be sensitive on project, from monitor and control side, lead members work effectively;
3. Have 1-2 year testing experience, having L10N testing/automation testing experience is preferred;
4. Be quick learning, Be good at trouble shooting;
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the QA Project team and ensure that all QA tasks are carried out according to schedule.
2. Team building and performance review of QA team members;
3. Escalate issues/obstacles to the QA Group Lead\PM, that could hinder the success of the project;
4. Check QA plan & Project schedule before starting project, find obstacles\issues and escalate them to QA group leader\PM in time;
5. Communicate with other QA lead to investigate issues for same projects, provide investigate result to QA group leader;
6. Act as the point of contact for the project between Symbio QA resources, ENG resources, QA/ENG Group Leads and all contacts in FileNet Support Team in Dublin;
7. Ensure that all QA processes for that project are followed correctly;
8. Ensure that DTS guidelines are adhered to and all bugs of the project are logged correctly in DTS;
9. Track all bugs logged for the project and track the bug status with engineering on resolution of functional issues and resolution of bugs that are in the engineering queue until the bugs are fixed;
10. Ensure that all bugs are in the correct state at the end of the project;
11. Act as the technical lead - the 1st person that QA engineers go for help;
12. Ensure that all products signed off are of high quality;
13. Support QA group leader\PM to execute any Ad-hoc projects\tasks that FileNet outsource to Symbio;
14. Create concordant and active team environment. Keep team member have passion and pleasure.
15. Provide feedback to FileNet where processes may need to be improved;
16. Provide feedback to FileNet where test scripts may need to be improved;
