Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing development personnel (C/C++) with team of 15+ including developers / UI Designers and Testers.
Must ensure that the highest quality standards are adhered to throughout the software development lifecycle.
Reviewing software requirements and design, planning and management of software development activities.
Required Skillsets:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese, CET-6 or equivalent ability
Good understanding and hands-on experience of Project Management
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Can recognize problem areas and have the ability to implement solutions
Setting and maintaining performance standards
Delivering products and managing customer requirements
Flexible; easily adjusts to changes
2+ Experience leading and building teams with 10+ people
College degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Strong decision making skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to drive plans to completion
Eager to learn
Preferred Skillsets:
Practical experience with U.S. software development process.
Development Experience
Experience working with remote teams (overseas)
