计算机本科学历
7年软件工程经验
在10人以上的团队里担任过设计师
有技术附件和体系的设计经验
有使用设计模型或软件设计复合服务系统的经验
Java,c++经验丰富者优先使用
有使用开放资源和J2EE的经验如spring, struts, hibernate, log4j, and lucene
在WEB技术方面经验丰富包括：HTML, CSS, AJAX, Javascript, and server side programming
会设计各种专业的网络浏览器
在SQL和数据建模方面经验丰富
在建百万或是规模终端 企业构建一个最终用户基于每周100万以上的事务的大型应用
有在大容量，对资源要求严格的环境下工作的经验如大流量网站，有声音的游戏网站或是大型社区。
有团队管理经验
有极强的主观能动性，灵活，自我管理，能同时管理多个项目
注重细节有良好的组织能力

Job Description:
Understand Technical vision- Understand the technical vision of customer's next generation products, understand how those products fit into the strategy of the company
Creative Problem Solving - Based on the technical direction and roadmap of the customer, think creatively about how to build these products and what component technologies are necessary
Investigate - Investigate component technologies to determine how they can be used for building next generation products. It is crucial that this person quickly learn the capabilities of the customer's existing software platform and have a good sense of how to modify or extend the platform.
Build - depending on the project, build software that ranges from prototypes that show the feasibility of the system to final product delivery. This person must be capable of writing production quality code and work quickly.
Transfer - Once the technology is well understood, help the other members of the team to use the new technology successfully by documentation and training.
Architecture - Improve overall software architecture to support next generation products.
Required Skills:
Degree in Computer Science
At least 7 years of software engineering experience
Experience playing architect role for a team of 10 or more engineers
Experience in figuring out technology components and architecture
Experience using design patterns in developing complex server systems.
Proficient in Java, C++ a plus
Experience with open source and J2EE technologies like spring, struts, hibernate, log4j, and lucene
Proficient with Web technologies including HTML, CSS, AJAX, Javascript, and server side programming
Experience developing for all major web browsers
Proficient with data modeling and SQL
Experience building large-scale applications with an end-user base greater than 1 million and/or over a 100,000 transactions per week
Experience in high capacity, resource critical environments, such as high traffic websites, video game programming, or community sites
Experience leading teams
Highly motivated, flexible, self-directed. Able to manage multiple projects.
Detail focused and well organized.
Must have excellent communication skills, and be very proactive when communicating with customer daily
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently, making appropriate decisions and seeking input when needed
Must be able to communicate with the customer using English (spoken and written)
Experience working in an ODC (Offshore Development Center) communicating with US customers is a plus
Mobile (J2ME, Brew, etc.) experience a plus
