IT Security – Pre Sales Engineer - CISSP
A world leader in providing enterprise security solutions is looking to strengthen its team.
The pre-sales engineer will work closely with the sales team in winning large enterprise security projects. You will be required to take technical responsibility for key customer accounts whilst providing sales with technical assistance and product education.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on site technical demonstrations of core security products.
- Conduct user requirement analysis to match customer needs and software
- Attend customer meetings, providing technical expertise on security solutions offered by the organization.
- Conduct product education and training sessions with key customers
Key Requirements
- 3 yrs pre-sales experience with security solutions or products
- Prior experience of conducting customer presentations at a technical level
- Experience in running whiteboard network topology sessions
- Excellent experience in IT network management and networking methodologies
- Understanding of Microsoft, Novel, and Unix operating systems
- Understanding of the OSI model
- Must have an industry qualification – either MCSE, MCNE, or Cisco qualified.
- Applicants with a CISSP will be given preference.
