2. Be in charge of 2 of below HR functions: training, performance management, employee relationship, recruiting, C&B.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with major in HR Management or related, male is preferred;
2. 3~4 years experience in human resource management, familiar with at least 1 of those: training, compensation & benefit, employee relationship, recruiting and appraising modules.
3. CET 6 or above, fluent in spoken and writing English, excellent MS Office skills.
4. Teamwork, creative and excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
