A world leading software company is recruiting Legal/Contract Manager based in Beijing. --- Urgently!
Title: Legal/Contract Manager
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for developing and administering the company’s contracts to license software and related services in line with global standards and guidelines, co-ordinating delivery and invoicing for the company in China
1.Maintain Policies & Procedures
-Interprets contract guidelines and standards and applies to contract development.
-Provide support to China team in relation to licensing/consulting activities that may involve reviewing, negotiating and finalizing licensing / service agreements and other related necessary documents, and that may involve non-standard terms and conditions negotiations, Contracts developed are aligned with US guidelines
2.Manage Risk
-Reviews contract documents for level of risk involved and provide recommendations to management on appropriate actions.
-Reviews complex contracts to ensure compliant with global guidelines and standards.
-“Clean” deals, Time saved, Quality of solutions proposed
3.Manage Change
-Makes changes to local contract processes and procedures based on changes to global guidelines.
-Efficiency of change process Time or cost saved
4.Produce Reports and Manage Records
-Maintains a filing system for all contracts and license agreements
-Provide reports on sales contract progress
-Report and records accuracy and timeliness
-Report relevance
-Availability of records
-Ease of record retrieval
5.Advise and Coach
-Provides interpretation of contract guidelines and standards to concerned parties to facilitate the negotiation process.
-Responds to complex customer inquiries regarding software, educational and consulting service licenses
-Information provided is accurate and timely
-Acceptance of information
6.Deliver on Requests
-Processes all non-standard customer transactions necessary to license software and/or related services. Responses are timely, accurate, and of high quality
7.Knowledge Sharing
-Maintains files and appropriate records regarding work practices for use by others, such as Quality of accessibility of documentation, Ease of record retrieval
8.Build Internal & External Relationships:
-Provides advice and feedback to related staff to improve process or procedures.
-Maintains communication with the company suppliers, customers, and co-workers, such as Feedback from colleagues, Customer satisfaction, Complaints from suppliers, customers, employees

Requirements:
University education or above with 5 years related experience,
Related Legal certification
Fluent English both oral and written

Salary: RMB200K/year or negoiated
