1)Researcher

Key Role :
1. Responsible for industry research and information collecting;
2. Support consultant's daily searching work;
3. Maintain and improve database management;
4. Understand client's requirements and conducting the research accordingly.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree with at lease one year's working experience, preferable in HR\Sales or consulting firms;
2. Good command of spoken, reading and writing in English;
3. Good communication and interpersonal skill;
4. Be willing to meet the challenges; and can work under the pressure;
5. Good team player; Quick learner and hard working person;

2)Consultant,

Requirements:
-4 year Bachelor Degree or above.
-Good spoken and written English communication skills.
-Strong sense of integrity, resourceful, initiative, self-motivated, sociable and creative.
-More than 2 years work experience in executive search and over 5 years total working experience.
-Good Management skills is required.
Or
-Up to 5 years work experience in Sales or Customer Service or project management.

Responsibilities:
-Development Kellyservices branding and executing the activity in local market.
-Analysis local human resource market and working out the development plan.
-Planning and managing project direction and lead and coach the communication with the clients.
-Guiding team through problem definition, issue identification and working plan management using problem solving principles with past experience
-Assist team leader in Planning and managing effort to define the field-focus, performance consistency team balance.
-Assistant in headquarter policy input and implementation.

3)Branch Manager

Requirements :

1.University Degree and above in any field.
2.More than 8 years work experience in any industry or more than 6 years work experience in Executive Search industry.
3.Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
4.Strong initiative with mentorship skills with a passion to lead and build a team.
5.Experience in managing more than 2 Search Consultants.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead and mentor at least 1 Junior Consultants/Consultants in any search cases.
2.Develop at least 3 Client returning accounts through successful search case closure.
3.Lead a team to serve Client’s HR staffing needs.
4. Provide Clients with potential candidates to meet Client’s staffing needs.
5.Effective managing of search cases to closure.
6.Provide professional advice to Clients on talent pool landscape.

4)BD Specialist,

Requirements:
-4 years Bachelor Degree or above.
-Good spoken and written English communication skills.
-Strong sense of integrity, resourceful, initiative, self-motivated, sociable and creative.
-More than 3 years work experience in Sales experience;
