Context:

Job description:
In charge of leading automation test script development, script maintenance, regression testing and validation of CPE products. Plan, follow and report on the projects within the testing team.
Take part in and lead a medium size automation testing team working on a wide range of the most recent Triple-play Technologies, such as Ethernet in the First Mile, VDSL2 or 802.11n.
Interact with the system integration testing team, system architect team, software development team and project managers to ensure the automation scripts development and regression testing meets the requirements in the dynamic and fast evolving xDSL market.
Develop, maintain, implement and follow up long term and short term automation strategy in script development and regression testing to cope with fast increasing and high demanding internal and external request.
Required profile :
Master degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Telecommunication.
5+ years experience in the field of Telecommunication automation/testing work.
1 or 2 years experience in leading a medium sized automation testing team.
1 or 2 years experience in people management.
Technical background or experience in telecom, especially in ATM, Ethernet and TCP/IP related protocols. Relevant experience in a subset of the following areas is required: o ATM,
o PPPoE, PPPoA, CIP, IPoA,
o NAT/PAT,
o WLAN (802.11a/b/g/n)
o AAA, RADIUS
o UPnP,
o VLAN,
o VoIP: H323, SIP, MGCP,
o IPSec,
o SSL, SSH
o Video over IP and IGMP
Analytical, quality minded, independent and objective oriented.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to cope with/work under pressure, self-motivated.
Good command of both Spoken and Written English.
