Communications Specialist

Stakeholder Communications Manager
Areas of responsibility and authority:
• Responsible for external media management based on business needs, organizing media release and interviews.
• Responsible for external Commercial Organizations Connectivity (EUCCC, DCCC, etc.) and membership follow-ups and documentation.
• Responsible for NGO (WWF, CBCSD, etc.) connections based by need, including membership follow-ups and documentation.
• Responsible for organizing and drafting Annual China Report
• Responsible for managing Novozymes Chinese Internet including content and maintenance.
• Support other NZCN’s communications projects as defined.
• Responsible for relevant communications QMS documentation and track record
Educational Requirements:
• Master/Bachelor degree in relevant field(s): mdia, communication, international business, business administration, sociology, psychology or economics.
Requirements of Experience:
• 3 years experience media relations and communication.
• Preferably experience in stakeholder communication and management.
• Experience in international communication.
• Experience in analytical writing and editing in English.
• Written English-Chinese translation experience preffered.
Personal Skills:
• Very high degree of initiative and creativity.
• Strong team working spirit.
• Excellent Chinese and English oral and written profiency .
• Strong Microsoft Office system and Web maintenance skills and competences.
• Open mind with a positive attitude.
• Analytical skills and the ability to create overview of the different aspects of sustainability.
• Broad knowledge about the developments on the international sustainability agenda.
• Communication and presentation skills.
