Job Description for General Testers:
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field of education
• 3-5 years Product Testing experience.
• Ability to install/configure multiple OS platforms including Windows, Linux, and Mac
• Ability to write Test Cases
• Use Defect Tracking tools
• Analyzing/Submitting/tracking bug and submitting test report
• Developing test plans and test assertions
• Familiarity with the Lifecycle of defects
• Automation testing/scripting
• Executing the testing scripts
• Ruby On Rails, Agile Lean Development experience, and white-box testing a plus
• Must have good English capabilities (written and spoken).
• Self-motivated and can self-study on different technologies/tools.
• Overall good communication skills with daily status reporting and good teamwork attitude.
