American Internet software company is looking for a customer service specialist who will interacte with our Chinese based customers. If you have experience in SaaS manufacture industry application in customer service, please send your resume to me at Some application criteria is listed below.
•Fluent in English and Mandarin (emphasize that excellent English speaking skills are required as they will be dealing with customers on a daily/weekly basis).
•Working knowledge of the Internet (advanced searching capabilities, be able to find any information they are looking for).
•Charismatic personality (be able to communicate and extract information from said party)
•Customer Service back ground (show proof of previous experience in the customer support field).
•Self-starter (be able to work efficiently without being micro managed).
•Problem solving skills (be able to think and react quickly to unexpected situations).
•Assists in the resolution and corrective action of inquiries and/or problems in regards to product.
•Be able to attend weekly meetings with head quarters in the USA (via phone conference call).
•Provides direct guidance and assistance to customers regarding routine inquiries and/or problems following established Company guidelines.
•Maintains logs, records and reports as required to maintain accurate information and reporting capabilities for active and/or potential customers.
•Acts as a liaison between management and customer for routine information and reports requested.
•Alerts management to potential problems with active customers and refers non-routine inquiries and/or problems to supervisor or appropriate personnel.
You can have one day every week working at home, but you might need to have conference call with U.S. office during night time. Good pay but might not be able to provide you social security and medical insurance at the beginning 6 months.
