Job Description on Product Release Analyst Contractors

Oracle’s Product Release Group is responsible for releasing Oracle’s Products and Services in our E-business Suite applications according to Oracle standard processes and business practices. The group accomplishes this through part creation, model configuration, and pricing set up in Oracle’s Inventory, Engineering, and Advanced Pricing e-Business Suite applications.
As Product Release Analyst, you will be responsible for part, pricing and ECO set up for one or more of the following products: Product Registrations, Hardware, SW Licenses, Services, Education, Media Packs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define global parts and pricing in Inventory and Pricing applications
Define sales and manufacturing configurations of products and services using Engineering and Bill of Material applications
Follow standard Oracle Product Release processes and part set up conventions
Perform 3rd Party Quality Checks on PRG team member’s transactions
SKILLS:
BA/BS in Business, Operations, IT or related field
2-3 years experience working in an operations, manufacturing, or order processing environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Previous experience with Oracle Applications or similar ERP software
Ability to speak and write English
