Day-to-day operational activities include:
• Daily fulfillment handling includes shipment fulfillment filling and tracking
• Tracking order/shipment status
Manage AUTO PUN and PUN split requests for the shippable orders and ensure all PUN are correct and sent out in time
1. Daily fulfillment for the order received on the daily basis, Finally to enter the waybill# and shipped date in OM. 45 % Picking and Packing the order to ensure all received shipment notification could be fulfilled on the same day without delay. All product that are in short of inventory should be informed timely to inventory planner to arrange the order’s manufacturing and reduce the order’s pending date. , Monitor the in house inventory and report if the product is out of stock. Inform inventory planner to notice the product’s volume to arrange duplicate order. 2. Stage order preparation 5 % Q-end Stage order preparation
3. Preparing the PUN for both regular and split order requests. 25 % Ensure PUN accuracy, according to the customer requirement for split PUN.
4. Update daily shipping report 15 % Ensure all shipped and pending orders could be tracked accurate on time.
5. Communicate with the customer whatever is internal or external to ensure all questions could be answered and any our workflow’s changes could be informed and understood by customer. 10 % Ensure our timely response is made to get customer’s satisfaction.

1.Communicate customer to learn all details regarding quick Supplier issue resolution. Communicate supplier to identify full affects of defective product in terms of shipped and/or future orders. Communicate Supplier to resolve issue in a timely and efficient manner. Discussion with Supplier for root cause and Corrective Actions to eliminate future quality issues.
2. Problem solving and research skills, sense of urgency to resolve quickly, service skill to win customer satisfaction
3. Trouble shoot once the customer receive the incorrectly shipment
