QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
• Two years experience in IT with an emphasis on customer support
• BS in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Excellent time management, decision making and organization skills
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Strong knowledge of networking
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and client OS administration
• Preferred skills : Mac, SQL/Oracle, programming, Linux/UNIX, IT management products
• Fluency in oral and written English
• Additional foreign language skills preferred (Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi, Taiwanese, etc)
