Position: Customer Service and Corporate Service Manager (Beijing and Guangdong) (BJ/CS&CS/01-04; GD/CS&CS/01-04)
Responsibilities:
· Set up Company life operation system at the new branch and develop and lead a small team of underwriters and customer service clerks
· Responsible for staff and agency accommodation set up and maintenance, including office selection, price negotiation, renovation and equipment.
· Plan, budget and control office supply and make sure adequate supply for usage with most cost effectiveness
· Oversee the information technology infrastructure set up at the new branch, and make sure quality provision of efficient and highly available IT services in respect of desktop, services, network and applications to business users and processes
· Oversee daily accounting management including book keeping, tax, bank liaison and system maintenance
· Manage and develop a multi discipline team and make sure quality back office service provision to stakeholders
Requirements:
· University degree
· Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance industry with multifunctional experience, or consulting experience highly desirable
· Good understanding of life operation including claims, underwriting and customer service
· Sound knowledge with proven experience in office set up and maintenance
· Basic knowledge on accounting and information technology management
· Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
· Strong leadership and communication capability
· Proficiency in English and Mandarin
