一，C++工程师
任职要求:
1、3年以上软件开发经验；
2、精通C/C++开发，2年以上开发经验；
3、2年以上嵌入式开发经验；
4、熟悉3G-324M协议；
5、有Android平台开发经验优先；
6、熟悉VOIP相关协议，如SIP，rtp/rtcp，SDP等优先；
7、喜欢学习新知识，工作积极；
8、工作扎实认真，有很强的敬业精神和团队合作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力。
二，Android工程师
Title: Android & iOS developer
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
Work closely with company’s cross-functional teams to design and implement new functionality for the Android and iOS platforms.
Integrate libraries provided from other teams located in different locations
Adopt processes and software management practice to ensure on-time delivery of software, better quality and time to market.
Drive development practices such as version control, bug tracking, reviews, design patterns, refactoring, risk analysis and domain-specific languages.
Management and resolution of technical issues, and support to key development partners
Requirements:
University degree in software development, numerate or relevant disciplines.
3-5 years of experience in software engineering, with excellent skills in programming and software architecture design.
Experience in developing embedded or mobile products (handsets and tablets), and development of commercial software products.
Experience in GUI design and development in Mobile devices is a must
Experience in building major software products in Java is a must.
Desirable to have experience in iOS and Android application development, be familiar with the underlying frameworks in Android and iOS, from C libraries through the UI frameworks.
Experience in Scrum or other Agile methodologies.
Self-motivated and result-driven, enthusiastic to excel and drive a vision with the organization.
A team player with excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional, geographically diverse teams.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
