1. Defines parts in inventory for various Oracle Lines of Business 45 % Ensures business requirements are met by assigning correct attributes and flex fields in inventory system to support Opportunity to Cash process flows.
2. Defines sales and manufacturing configurations of products and services through use of Engineering and Bill of Material 20 % Ensures accurate availability on Oracle’s electronic delivery site or shipment to customers through various order entry tools
3. Follow standard oracle product release processes and part set up conventions. 15 % To ensure quality of work and use of best practices
4. Perform 3rd party quality checks on PRG team member’s transactions. 20 % To ensure all part’s creation are correct.

A Product Release Analyst plays a critical role in the execution of the global release process. An error impacts revenue reporting, the amount of inventory that is built globally, accurate shipment of physical inventory to customers, and critical data used by contracts and support analysts.
Ideal candidate will have:
• BS/BA in Business, Operations, IT or related field,
• 2-3 years experience working in an operations, manufacturing, or order processing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Previous expense with Oracle Applications or similar ERP software
• Ability to speak and write English
