General Purpose

Plans and performs technical activities to service the customer and brings expertise to customer site on need basis.

Main Responsibility Area

Plans and executes technical tasks within the LTE product support team requiring specialist skills in own professional area. Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes. Identifies and solves technical problems. Shares knowledge in own professional area. May support areas by participating in emergency and 24/7 duty.

Position De&#115cription

- Understand the the customer targets on introduction of new LTE(FDD/TDD) releases and acceptance testing in customers lab and field
- Resolve technical querys for internal and external customers
- Prioritze reported problem reports together with R&D
- Work closely with R&D and relevant teams to investigate product faults and drive correcting process
- Develop project competence as well Technical support process competence for the maintenance phase
-Provide technical documentation for new releases to our internal and external customers
-Work for customer case handling and follow the E2E solution process.

Position Requirements

- Solid technical background in mobile radio systems of Wimax,TD-SCDMA or WCDMA .
- Technical support experience prefered
- Team player in a fast paced environment.
- Self motivated. Ability to work under pressure and learn independently.
- Good communication skills and fluent English
- Willing to travel
- Can prioritize work and handle multiple tasks.

简要说明:工作不是很累,但是由于是做技术支持工作,会有些出差,国内外都跑,但是不是长期,有时候时间会紧迫点,值班热线电话会有,但是夜班很少,这个项目组在成立中,产品很新,会派到德国培训,来了2年内不能跳槽,跳槽要有5万违约,就是德国出差的费用,别的好像没什么了。
据说有个韩国半年出差,补助多多,每天除了住宿(基本5星酒店),有700多的吃饭补助,这样半年下来也能搞个20万,对没有成家的小伙子来讲不错。
不要应届生,也不要不熟悉通讯领域的人,最好是对无线比较了解的人,尤其是对LTE的协议和架构熟悉的,优化的更好,产品现在也是在不断完善,机会么,我也不清楚,我也是帮人找合适的。英语口语必须要好,不好,还是别来了,不然会被客户投诉,需要和客户面对面交流。

待遇按照这个职位应该是基本工资1.2-1.5万之间(税前),加上乱七八糟,我估计税后能到1.4万。每年12月工资,8级没有加班费,七级才有加班费,8级工资比7级高。法定节假日有3倍补偿,一般加班会有倒休,公司很正规。
福利:所有的保险都上,有个补充福利可以给你多一个月工资,但是每半年发一次,两次合起来算作1个月,没奖金,没分红,算作什么激励,我也搞不懂,但是也就几千块钱。

唯独对回龙观好点的就是有个羽毛球场地。
