Discretionary Title: Assembly Assistant
I. Please summarize the main purpose/objective of your role using the space provided below:
Example: Responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the successful operation of the credit and collection function.
Kitting Functionary is responsible for Sleeving the verified disks, Assembling, Labeling the components to the finished goods.
In house inventory management is responsible for cycle counting in-house inventory everyday and updating the daily inventory report timely, to ensure the quantity and location of finished goods is correct.
Day-to-day operational activities include:
Sleeving, kitting and raw material preparing.
Filing Management and meeting record management.
In house inventory management including receiving, Quality check and put away and locate, daily inventory report update, warehouse location management and regulated cycle count coordination for all in house inventory.
Daily handle various issue from the customer and update the inquiry management tracker report.
PUN management includes ASFU & ESL PUN delivering and PUN replacement for customer.

1. Finished goods inventory management 20 % Ensure the finished goods inventory accurate and located reasonably. Inventory guarded for maximum and minimum level and inform upon abnormal occur.abnormal occur. Inspect & record for received raw material from suppliers.
2. QC check for the Duped disks 10 % Ensure each raw material has clearly visible printing, Ensure the quantity matches the volume on internal order form. Ensure each same part raw material has the same image size on the back of the CD/DVD disc.
3. Sleeving 10 % Insert each raw material into the paper sleeve before put into assembly lines
4. Filing and meeting minutes 5 % Inspect & file the document record & meeting minutes, ensure all the documentation is well preserved.
5. Arrange and execute the in house kitting, including print the labels. 35 % Implement the in house kitting reasonably
6. Receive Calls and reply the emails for various questions whatever from external or internal customer and record the issue into inquiry management tracker. 10 % Ensure the customer get the quick feedback from China M&D and pass other issues to related department to get the solution and make good customer satisfaction.
7. Preparing the ASFU PUN and ESL PUN base on the customer’s request and update the ASFU& ESL PUN tracking report. 10 % Ensure ASFU and ESL PUN accuracy and report could be uploaded in time.

1.Communicate with managers to fully understand the WIP workload and QMS procedure, in order to accelerate the kitting process
2.Timely communicate with planner for building max & Min level for keeping the inventory level inspected, safe and accurate.
