Title: Consulting Manager/ Business Partner
Reports to: General Manager
Location: Beijing-Huilongguan
Salary: 4000-6000, plus commission, bonus
Company introduction: We are a fast growing headhunting company setting up on 2010, focusing on the industries including Real Estate, logistics, IT, PR, manufacturing, etc. Now we are looking for a Business Partner & Branch Manager who has good headhunting experience, management skill and would like to start the new career development in headhunting industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up the Beijing office
- Staffing and assist in managing the Beijing office as the Branch Manager role, teambuilding, training, etc.
- Financial control: making company annual budget & control it;
- Identify and develop clients base on the company resource and market resource, as well as actively aching market share with your network of contacts and relationships
- Initiate, establish, develop, maintain and grow relationships with targeted companies /contacts;
- Accountable to executive search assignments at different levels of management and executive openings;
- Manage/Execute/Assist recruitment assignments including designing search plans, generating candidates by different research methodologies and conduct initial evaluations on candidates
- Responsible for achieving ongoing growth of sales and sales targets
- Maintain and update the candidate and client database
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Relevant working experience in executive search firms or recruiters in specific industries;
- Good in English and Chinese;
- Confident, professional and mature personality.
