GOF is looking for a T&L Product Manager ，LPB, Shanghai

- Position: T&L Product Manager
Essential Responsibilities Overall manage on China T&L product, including daily operations, process, policy and communication, ensure China TnL product is fully comply with Enterprise Standard and global T&L policy.
- Be a focal contact at country level, execute the global initiatives for P-card, Transactional billing price, one EE travel portal and so on in local country. Keep on continually communication and alignment with global TnL
- Drive customer centricity, fully address the local specific statuary needs and in country biz feedback, build up frequently communication rhythm with in country biz
- Continually deliver controllership, quality and productivity on T&L product. Deep dive into performance metrics, drive continually process improvement by lean or 6 sigma methodology. Be responsible for the delivery fully meet or exceed GOF target, drive on GOF initiatives, such as visual management, dashboard, huddle meeting, etc… be implemented into the product line
- Manage on outsourced operational team developing and building, ensure the team keep good moral and fully align with GOF key focus. Drive on operation knowledge retention and transferring, build up the reviewing and updating rhythm for SOP and process map, enhance internal training.
- Manage on TnL multiple vendors/functions’ performance, include but not limit on Genpact Dalian (which cover 30+ service provider), IT vendor , corporate card vendor, warehouse vendor, ensure the performance of the vendors fully meet or exceed GE requirement
- Fully own the financials of product line, mange on productivity delivering from vendors, SoW updating, billing confirming, etc… In charge of the productivity and cost out which target to product line
- Be a functional expertise, master the know-How on whole TnL operations in terms of system, policy and process, vendor management.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Finance/accounting or relevant
- At least 5 years accounting work experience
- Strong communication skills, capability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Good project management skill
- Good mind set on controllership & compliance
- Quality experience is preferred
