1. Automation testing Engineer
Required Technical Skills:
BA/BS degree preferred with strong academic background.
3+ years of Testing experience (Internet/Web related applications testing experience is a plus).
Good programming skills in Java and XML.
Familiar with Unix/Linux, AIX is a plus.
Rich experience with at least one of these DBMS: DB2, SQL Server, Oracle
Skilled in the use of automation tools, e.g., IBM RFT, Selenium, RPT, etc.

2. Java Developer:
Job Responsibilities
We have developer and L3 Analyst positions available for highly motivated and talented engineers to join the energetic team and share our enjoyment of developing IBM Content Collector product.
The developer will work with IBM world wide development, test, service and support teams to deliver world-class products to world-wide customers.
In details, we are looking for talented individuals whose job responsibilities are:
- Help identify areas where new features/feature improvements are required
- Design and implement the feature requirement
- Work in an Agile development environment, defining and completing tasks within a given time frame
- Design and implement prototypes for future product release
- Perform design review and code review
- Write unit tests where applicable, and work with QE to ensure adequate automation of new features
- Work cross team and cross geo for problem identification and resolution
- Fix product issues and customer issues
- Collect customer feedback through all stages of the development cycle and generate proposals
- Perform Level 3 work, provide APAR fixes for defects identified by internal and external customers.
- Trouble shooting defects a timely fashion and maintain our delivery on a high customer satisfaction standard.
- Provide innovative thinking to improve our product and solve complex problems from internal and external customers.
- Well communicate with worldwide development teams, L2 teams and customers.
- Experience or knowledge with gmake or build process is a plus

- Solid understanding of large scale enterprise software development process and great experience in OOA/OOD
- Experienced in mulit-thread programming is a must
