Role & Responsibilities

Ÿ   Lead account/program core team to drive on time launch from design to production

Ÿ   Accountable for customer platform success and generation to generation improvements

Ÿ   Lead internal and customer engineering operational reviews and project manage any follow-up or outcomes

Ÿ   Prepare and deliver project status updates and reviews to key internal stakeholders

Ÿ   Understand customer product and technologies roadmap as well as customer needs

Ÿ   Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement into approved engineering support process and procedures

Requirements

Ÿ   BA or above in Engineering (EE, Computer Science)

Ÿ   10+ years’ industry experience, 7 or more years program management experience in high tech industry

Ÿ   Good communication, presentation and leadership skills; with ability to lead technical discussions in English & Chinese

Ÿ   Experience presenting to and influencing senior technical and business leaders

Ÿ   Time management; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ÿ   Proven experience in horizontal leadership. Agile and adaptable to changing business requirements

Ÿ   Experience working in a multi-site, multi-cultural environment and ability to travel as needed

Ÿ   Excellent communication and evangelizing skills with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive team results

Ÿ   Ability to up level status or “asks” to executive management.

Ÿ   Team player with passion to dig in and to do whatever it takes for business success

Ÿ   A high degree of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
