Job Summary
Work in the Sun engineering team on software development, including but not limited to the planning, design, coding, debugging, bug fixing, testing, and documentation.
Job Description
Work as part of the team to develop Sun Desktop products. Requires experience in software development, C/C++, Java programming, Unix/Linux system, object-oriented programming, component modules.
Major Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, test, maintain, and support Sun Desktop products
- Software analysis and design
- Write functional spec and design documents
- Work with team members to integrate and test software components
- Perform software bug fix
Qualifications:
- 3+ year C/C++/Java programming experience
- Familiar with Unix/Solaris/Linux Operating System
- Familiar with software development process
- Familiar with information security (Digital Signature, Encryption, Key Management)
- Familiar with Component based software engineering (COM/UNO/XPCOM/...)
- Familiar with Object Orientaed Programming
- Familiar with XML
- Good teamworking skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Flurent English (oral and written)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated
