Responsibilities:
1.Managing a medium sized support team.
2.Support internal and external customers & managers.
3.Administrative supervisor (attendance, shifts, etc.) and good employee relations skills (promotion, motivation, etc.)
4.Identify requirements and needs and translate them into IT work processes
5.Effectively communicate with other professionals in the company
6.Working with existing tools efficiently with company standards.
7.Lead and guide the technical support team through accumulated knowledge and expertise.
8.Writes & Issues technical documentation as required.
9.Organize and handle requests and needs of customers and other professionals
10.Operate and lead projects in the IT field
11.Implement defined technical standards & work procedures.
12.Arrange and work according to SLAs, Maintain team’s Service Level Agreement.
13.Ongoing communication with HW, Comm. and other providers, negotiation skills and budget handling
14.Independently performs and leads complex technical tasks, proper reporting & time management.
15.Managing vendors to get the best service from them & maintaining good & professional relationship.
Requirements:
1.Academic certificate in computer science or a related field.
2.More than 8 years of experience in IT industry & minimum of two years of proven managerial experience (even junior level) with a reputed company.
3.Prior experience in vendor management & coordination.
4.Fluent orale and written English.
5.Certification in relevant technical areas – an advantage
6.Familiarity or experience with organizational information systems and personal computers.
7.High level of service awareness & orientation.
8.Adeptly and independently lead and guide members of team in a dynamic environment
9.Analytical abilities & creative thinking.
10.Quick learner & Team worker.
11.Flexibility with extended working hours.
12.Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure.
13.Interpersonal communication skills.
14.Quality oriented.
