职位一：Senior java developer:

职位三：软件QA工程师（1）
Qualification:
The successful candidate will have 2+ year applicable test/QA experience. Associate Degree in computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent experience. Intermediate experience in two or more of the following areas are required: Hands-on knowledge of Windows, technical expertise & experience testing enterprise applications, Active Directory, LDAP, MSI, network security, good understanding of quality assurance methods, strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
As an intermediate level position, define, create, document, verify, and execute tests, troubleshoot and work around problem areas of products. With minimal supervision, suggest, implement, and evaluate approaches to testing strategies in Windows 2000/2003 environments.

Qualification
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of applicable professional QA experience or as a specialist in applicable technologies. The candidate should also have a BS in Computer Science or 2-3 years experience with Java and/or Junit (or C/C++) programming in Windows. CSTP, CSQA / CSTE, or CISSP certifications a plus. Strong Windows knowledge imperative.
Intermediate to expert experience in two or more of the following areas are required: test automation, network security, quality assurance methods, embedded systems testing and debugging, intrusion detection, firewalls, static code analysis.
Write project test plans, test cases, and other testing tools. Work with other SQA team members to implement the test plan. Involves both carrying out testing tasks and directing other team members both on and off-site. Identify and resolve testing issues. Work closely with cross-functional project team to identify and resolve overall project issues. Escalate as necessary to project team and management. Work closely with a cross-functional project team to estimate time and effort necessary for project completion.
Responsibilities
The position will perform white box testing, design and implement test tools in Java, perform code reviews, conduct design reviews, actively participate in the QA process, and be responsible for writing and executing test plans and test specifications. Provide guidance to junior members of QA team. Provide detailed technical reports for management.
Expert ability in one or more areas of testing, products or technologies, combined with abilities to work with source code (Java).
