Position: Medical Affairs Project Associate
Reporting to:

Job Summary
Medical Affairs Project Associate (MAOA) manage activities that provide operational support to medical affairs effective operation, IIR project management, and system integration and maintenance to ensure MA team work efficiency and work delivery. In addition to general duties, the MAOA may also be assigned to take lead on special projects.
KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support MAEM to map the work model and develop work system to standardize internal work flow.
- Support MAEM to develop and oversee local procedure and practices to ensure quality outcome that meet MA team objectives.
- Provide operational support to ongoing IIR management including follow up study status; oversee progress of the IIR project with appropriate milestone payments and etc.
- Implement document archiving for MA related projects such as protocol synopsis, contract and etc, and ensure good maintenance.
- Maintain and update DAP and Educational Grant Pre-Approval system in accordance with SOP/IG requirements and conducting quality reviews for related system/documentations.
- Take lead on special projects to ensure tasks and projects are completed effectively and efficiently.
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
1. Educational /Training
- Bachelor degree or above, Qualifications in healthcare, pharmaceutical is preferred.
2. Working Experiences
- Minimum 1 year experience. Experienced in medical affairs is preferred.
- Proficiency in Basic Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and excel.
- Good English skill in speaking, reading and writing.
- Strong Customer focuses sense.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Teamwork/collaboration.
- Excellent ability to research information.
- Able to work under pressure in a busy environment.
