1. Regional Retail Account Manager

Job De&#115cription:
1. Be responsible for AMD retail sales out in retail key account channel at North region
2. Engage with the branches of retail key accounts in region to achieve quarterly/annual sales out target
3. Manage regional execution team to execute sales out programs
4. Identify and engage with regional retail key accounts to expand AMD retail sales out business in region covered
5. Other necessary tasks related with AMD retail sales out business

Requirement:
1. Above 7 years experience in retail/consumer segment as sales/marketing function
2. IT/consumer electronic industry experience is a must. Experience in managing 3C retailer such as Gome/Suning is preferred
3. Experience in managing sales/promoter team is a must.
4. Good at reading, written and listening English
5. Strong communication skill and creative thinking
6. Bachelor above education background


2. Retail Account Manager

Job De&#115cription:
1. Be responsible for AMD consumer sales out in retail key account channel
2. Managing retail key accounts to achieve quarterly/annual sales out target
3. Managing promoter team in region to execute sales out programs
4. Engage with OEM accounts to enable AMD based desktop/mobile products in retail channel
5. Managing MDF assigned to design effective sales out programs
6. Other necessary tasks related with AMD retail sales out business

Requirement:
1. Above 5 years experience in retail/consumer segment as sales/marketing function
2. IT/consumer electronic industry experience is a must. Experience in managing 3C retailer such as Suning/Hisap is strongly preferred
3. Experience in managing sales/promoter team is preferred
4. Good at reading,written and listening English
5. Strong communication skill and creative thinking
6. Bachelor above education background

3. Distributor Sales Manager –SMB

This position will manage key SMB system distributors in China for AMD based OEM systems.

Responsibilities:
1. Daily manage distributors to achieve sell thru target and make business improvement plan to increase AMD share in its distributor business
2. Be responsible for key OEMs AMD based SMB system distributor sell in and product assortment by working with OEM Account Managers and cooperate with region sales team to achieve sell thru target
3. Make relative distributor business plan to drive them increase channel coverage and development & sell thru result month by month
4. Provide products training and competitive benchmark information to distributor internal sales & channel partners
5. Propose and work with marketing team for sell thru program & promotional activities which improve sell thru
6. Quarterly business review and business planning with distributor

Requirements:
1. 5-8 yrs experience in IT channel distributor management — product management in China
2. Demonstrate the market network and market intelligence in IT industries-SMB products in China
3. Proven track record in driving and executing successful channel sales strategy through working with distributors
4. Consider broad range of factors and process information efficiently, takes logical, rational and timely decisions.
5. Think ahead to clarify priorities and plan course of action
6. Generate new ideas to extend and boost channel sales
7. Aggressive and result-oriented
8. Good business acumen and numerical sense
9. Good presentation and interpersonal skills

4. Sr. Field Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new opportunities within Lenovo for AMD products. Manage day to day interaction between AMD and customers at all level. Be extremely familiar with customer's product and roadmap, and propose AMD based solutions. Ensure customer is educated on AMD's roadmap, with drive the design-in of AMD platforms with help of FAEs.

Manage sales forecast, backlog, and ensure timely order placement by customer. Resolve sales and logistic issues with customer and AMD logistic. Gather competitor intelligence and communicate to AMD product marketing. Arrange meetings and prepare meeting notes in timely manner.




5. Corporate PR Media Manager

Job responsibilities:
1. Manage all media arrangement for corporate PR programs and activities to maintain a consistent voice & favorable corporate image in the public.
Media strategy development
Media plan drafting and implementation
Media invitation and logistic arrangement
Media coverage report submission within 36 hours after each PR activity
Media feedback and inputs collection
2. Supervise and implement independent media program, including Media Partnership Program/Media cooperation program/Media Relation Program to build up favorable media environment and keep PR momentum on regular hot topics of the company
Identify key category and key media for AMD GC
Initiate media plan and topics for the media program on quarterly basis
Coordinate with PR agency Edelman to implement plan with the target media
Daily media communication and media request handling
Arrange related media relation programs like 1:1 visit, local media visit, media workshop, etc.
Help handle high-level media relations and arrange related programs like senior face to face communication
Conduct media care program
3. Basic working requests
Daily media monitoring
Crisis management
Collect requests from the media
Media coverage report submission
PR agency coordination on media affairs


Requirement:

1. A degree in business/mass communications/journalism, with at least 7 years of work experience and a minimum of 4-5 years in Public Relations
2. Proven track record in managing PR for an MNC in a regional capacity, either as agency partner or in-house.
3. Being familiar with China media environment including printed, online, IT vertical and TV media(including high-level and working level) and solid knowledge and experience in IT industry
4. Excellent capability for media strategy development, media program execution and media network maintaince
5. Excellent English, spoken and written.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication and presentation skills and team work spirit and capability
7. Ability to operate effectively and independently in a dynamic and challenging environment.
8. A clear thinker with the ability to prioritize and implement plans towards stated results, a meticulous eye for detail.
