招聘通知里关于年龄等要求的声明如下：

意思就是说美国大使馆将提供同等机会给应聘者公平的应聘机会，没有种族，性别，国籍，年龄，是否残疾，政治面貌，婚姻状况以及性取向方面的歧视，我想中国的企事业单位，包括公务员招聘能做到如此就好了，这样会大大缓解目前的40,50后结业压力，很多40,50后并非没有能力，而是被一纸年龄35岁以下给限制住了，就像当年好多人由于澳抗阳性被取消录用一样可怜！后来澳抗阳性终于在招工录用的体检范围内被取消了！这是很大的一个进步！

在下想给李中堂上一道表，奏请中堂大人和阁部能立法，效法美利坚国，除个别职位以及企业以外，不要人为设置年龄和政治面貌的门槛，给黔首们增加更多的就业机会，大家意下如何？也请大家集思广益，多提宝贵意见，汇总之后可以奏呈中堂！
