外交部发言人3月4日回答《纽约时报》记者提问时讲了这样一段话：
我要重申，中国人民从来不信邪、不怕鬼，从来不吃霸凌霸道那一套，施压、胁迫和威胁不是同中方打交道的正确方式，对中国搞极限施压，那是找错了对象，打错了算盘。（外交部官网）
