About speech club.
The actions we should take to start this club:
1. All have to understand the speech club from: 该网址不再展示 We will follow the standard procedure mentioned there.
2. We need to find a 'Presiding Officer' who can serve us for at least half of year. I guess this must be xyz007 now.
3. Each has to find an English name and register in the sheet provided by Presiding Officer. You can also register as: speaker, timer, toastmaster, grammer-checker for the first activity as well.
4. I'll bring some materials to the officer. He/She can start the first activities of our club.
5. Up to now, there is no toastmaster club in BJ. We are the first one if we want to pay for the registration. But anyway, we can practice ourselve.
