Recruiting HR Senior Specialist
Position: HR Senior Specialist
Responsibilities:
·Implement all HR related work including recruitment, C&B, staffing, performance review, personnel database management, training & development, and employee relationship etc.;
·Develop & improve personnel administration process continually;
·To maintain a good communication channel in the company to make sure all feedback can be properly captured and issues be solved;
·Assist superior in other HR-related programs & activities.
Requirements:
·Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration;
·At least 3-year working experience in HR; and solid knowledge & skills in C&B and performance management;
·Be familiar with local labor law and government rules & regulations;
·Service-oriented, ability to work under pressure and high adaptability to different working conditions and environment;
·Responsible, detail-orientated, self-motivated, energetic and diligent;
·Good team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
·Good computer skills with MS Office.
