灵芝的保健知识和medline检索结果

灵芝，古代称之为[仙草]，亦称为 [还魂草], [仙草]，是终年生长在无污染的深山老林的一种大型真菌，吸天地之灵气，取水土之精华生长而成，是一种滋补强身，扶正固本，延年益寿的珍贵药材。在中医学圣典的『神农本草经』中，记载近三百多种草药，分为上、中、下三品，其中上品药为无毒无副作用，任何人皆可食用且对身体极为有益，灵芝则被列为上上品，能「多服久服不伤人」、「久食轻身不老，延年神仙」。《本草纲目》称之有"保裨、益精气、生筋骨、好颜色、疗虚痨"等功效，据现代科学研究发现，灵芝能调整人体机里平衡，其含有生物碱类，甘露醇，香豆精，麦角固醇等多种微量元素，其有机锗含量是人参的数倍。灵芝在生长成熟时菌面上有一种微小的粉状叫灵芝孢子粉，对抑制肿瘤效果十分明显，是灵芝体药效的几十倍。
一般人们认为, 野生灵芝比人工栽培的灵芝好, 其实这是误解. 灵芝的精华是子实体菌管中的孢子粉, 它好比植物的花粉, 是灵芝的繁殖体. 当菌管尚未发育或孢子粉已全部喷发完了, 此对灵芝子实体的手感很轻, 用这样的灵芝提取出来的有效成分很少, 其药用价值当然就大打折扣. 野生灵芝是不能控制的. 野生灵芝的采摘时机是个不定的变量, 分散生长的灵芝本身因生长的环境不同而成熟度不同, 同时采摘者既不能确定, 也不能控制最佳的采摘时机, 因此收购来的野生灵芝其药物价值当然没有保证。
人工栽培的灵芝分为塑料袋, 瓶栽培和原木木段栽培. 塑料袋和瓶栽培 因培养料是以锯末, 米糠为原料, 能供给灵芝生长的营养源有限, 不能满足灵芝生长的需要. 长出的灵芝子实体小, 菌盖薄, 有效成分含量低. 目前最好的灵芝是原木木段栽培的灵芝, 又以仿天然条件, 不使用任何化肥或农药栽培的灵芝为最佳. 以原木木段栽培的灵芝, 能为灵芝提供相同于野生环境下生长需要的营养元素, 同时由人工模仿最佳的野生环境条件, 灵芝的生长发育可以达到最佳状态, 并在其营养含量最高时采收, 因此收获的灵芝实体大, 菌盖厚, 有效成分含量高. 据日本测定, 其有效成分含量是收购的野生灵芝的十至十六倍. 因木段栽培的成本高, 原木灵芝的价格也高, 约为野生灵芝的七至八倍。
灵芝真正的精华-----灵芝孢子粉. 据中国药品生物制品鉴定所的研究结果, 生药灵芝孢子粉一天0,6克用量, 相当于灵芝子实体一天45克药用量, 效果相当于灵芝子实体的75倍。
灵芝孢子粉是灵芝的有性生殖细胞, 类似植物的花粉, 是灵芝的精华, 成熟的灵芝孢子粉是从灵芝实体菌管中喷出来的, 菌管要占灵芝子实体厚度的三分之二, 通常所说的越厚越好, 就是因为越厚的灵芝子实体, 其菌管越长, 孢子粉含量越多, 疗效越好。
灵芝不同于一般药物只对某种疾病起作用，而是能同时入五脏（心、肝、脾、肺、肾），激发生命潜能，在整体上双向调节人体机能平衡，提高抗病免疫能力，加速体内有害物质的排泄，进一步保持"正气存内，邪不可干"的健康稳态。 所以灵芝能对人体的众多不适症状同时起作用。主要有效成分有：灵芝多糖、三萜类化合物、有机锗、核苷、嘌呤类的活性成分、蛋白质、多肽、氨基酸、人体必需的常量和微量元素、维生素等100余种珍贵成分，对身体进行全方位的调节。
据中国学者研究, 灵芝孢子粉中蛋白质含量达18.5%, 十八种氨基酸含量高达6.1%, 同时含有丰富的核甘, 帖类, 生物碱等等. 灵芝孢子粉具有活血化痰, 抗肿瘤, 抗心血管疾病, 解毒保肝, 双向调节人体免疫功能, 延缓肌体衰老的功能, 且无任何副作用. 与其它中, 西药物及各种治疗方法均不抵触。国际生物学界在研究多家医学权威单位对灵芝孢子粉的化验, 小白鼠实验, 临床实验数据后指出, 灵芝孢子粉是抗癌良药。不独是中国人爱灵芝，日本和韩国人也普遍服用。日韩人更称之为幸福菇、仙草。由此可知，灵芝的地位早已普遍受到亚洲人的欢迎。
灵芝药理作用机理：
1.强心, 抗缺氧作用
能增加冠状动脉血流量, 增加心肌营养, 抗动脉粥样基因和抗动脉粥样硬化, 抑制胆固醇的合成. 动物实验表明, 灵芝能抗窒息性缺氧和心肌缺氧, 提高存活率, 并能通过减少氧的耗量, 显著增加对低气压和正常气压下缺氧的耐受性, 延长动物在恶劣环境下的生存时间。
2.增强免疫作用
灵芝能扩大免疫血球蛋白 G (IgG)抗体响应的T细胞存储的量, 并增强巨噬细胞的吞噬活力, 提高机体非特异性和特异性免疫能力, 防止机体系统过敏性的产生. 动物实验表明, 灵芝在鼠脾中能诱发一种显示干扰素的物质, 白鼠静脉给药防止脑炎过滤性病毒原体菌株 K5 致死的传染。
3.防辐射作用
灵芝多糖可防鼠髓核酸化细胞因辐射诱发的微核形成的效果. Co60 致死量诱发鼠患严重的辐射病, 辐射前20天和后20天从胃给灵芝制剂, 明显地减少死亡率. 辐射后给药可延长存活期。
4.抗肿瘤作用
灵芝能抑制癌细胞及增殖白血球, 具有很强的扶正固本免疫激活活性, 对扩大增强 DNA 抗杀癌细胞和抗炎能力有明显的促进作用. 除可抗癌细胞外, 还对因化学治疗的药物副作用中毒或被辐射治疗破坏白血球的中期癌症病人解除这两种毒副作用。
5.通过对中枢神经系统的作用, 提高痛阀
减轻各种疾病的疼痛痛苦。
6.能增加血清, 肝和骨髓蛋白质的合成
增加制造B细胞的骨髓 RNA 和 DNA的形成, 兴奋骨髓造血机能。
7.具有降低血糖活性
降低血糖浓度, 治疗糖尿病。
8.具有双向调节血压的作用
使高血压和低血压恢复正常。
9.具有保护肝脏, 增强排毒作用
对肝功能的好转和肝组织损伤的修复有很好的作用, 能促进肝细胞再生, 减轻毒物对肝脏的损害, 加强肝脏代谢药物的能力。
10.能使支气管表皮细胞再生
有明显的止咳和袪痰作用, 治疗急慢性支气管炎。
灵芝调节免疫功能主要体现在以下几个方面，可以达到防病治病的功效，适合于广大健康人群和患者，值得进一步探讨：
一、灵芝多糖促进骨髓造血，治疗各种原因引起的白细胞减少症，增强抗感染能力和改善骨髓造血功能。
二、灵芝提取物可以直接刺激淋巴细胞增殖，消除化疗药物对淋巴细胞的抑制作用，恢复化疗患者的免疫机能。
三、提高自然杀伤细胞的活性，对防治肿瘤和病毒性疾病有重大的作用。
四、发挥生物调节作用，促进免疫功能。免疫功能低下的老年人和肿瘤病人特别适宜服用灵芝产品。
五、灵芝中的活性成分能显著抑制过敏介质释放，有抗炎和抑制过敏作用，对过敏性肌炎有减轻肌细胞变性及坏死等病理改变。
