RE: Easter Eggs
According to CNN Headlines, 100 million eggs were painted last year for Easter, most of them were tossed away after the holiday.
I was once at a party, a guy came over and asked why the Chinese always brought in dark colored boiled whole eggs for parties? I call it the lazy people's dish because that is the easiest thing to make, isn't it? At the least you can slice them, put some garnish on them, make the dish more attractive some way, and it would only take less than 3 minutes to do it.
