Chinese market.
One thing I couldn't agree more is that almost all Chinese businesses are either owned by the state or local government, or by family members. This must have something to do with the Chinese culture which draws conclusions of distrust in personal relationships. The entrepreneurship in China also depends on state owned bank systems, VC has a long way to go, and until then the Chinese economy will not be considered as fully driven by the market.
