Field Sales Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced sales to lead AMD China efforts to support Sony/Samsung business growth objective with AMD thru product positioning, sales and channel enablement, and driving sell out goal achievement Strategic Results: 1. Have Sony/Samsung China to lead NB sales efforts with AMD based products 2. Effectively team with Sony/Samsung management, sales and marketing teams 3. Build self sufficiency with Sony/Samsung’s Sales Organization 4. Maximize AMD revenue, product mix, units sold, and margin in Sony/Samsung Key Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with Sony/Samsung HQ team as well as regional teams to drive sell-thru goal in China achieved 2. Build and manage an AMD sales process and methodology to support Sony/Samgun in China and maintain productive relationships with both A/Cs’ Sales Leadership 3. Drive AMD NB volume through Sony/Samsung’s Sales organization and AMD RKA team by building effective relationships and driving channel partners with more AMD offer into the market 4. Lead AMD resources to participate Sony/Samsung’s activities and promote AMD brands inside the A/Cs and outside to their partner and customers 5. Provide strategic and tactical leadership on sales opportunities, competitive positioning and winning of SOW 6. Provide accurate and up to date sales forecasts and sales-out reports on weekly basis and manage a healthy sales in/out linearity Qualification and Preference: 1. At least 5~8 years sales experience in multinational company with technology sales experience, account and channel management 2. Solid track record in achieving goal, developing account sales planning, managing joint sales efforts and engaging channel resources 3. Strong understanding of X86 market and sales practice, NB experience is preferred 4. Proven experience in communicating with both internal and external account senior executives with strategic thinking and approaches 5. High levels of energy and self-motivation, aggressive nature, strong process oriented 6. Excellent oral and written communication skill in both English and Chinese and comfortable presenting in front of large and small groups 7. Degree in Computer Science, Business or Marketing will be preferred.
