On an Excursion

The distant mountains recline in a misty greenish chain,

mindless of the worldly affairs as they wax and wane.

On a common fair spring day like this,

the soft wind to the Gate of Divine Prowess is wishing eternal bliss.

As daughter and son,

We take filial duty as our paramount fun.

Roaming the countryside in the sun's last golden light,

we cannot help but sing for the idyllic delight.
